1/4 cup Chelsea Easy Pour Golden Syrup
1/4 cup red wine
1 Tbsp tomato paste
1 Tbsp oil
1 tsp rosemary, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
12 lamb cutlets
Seasonal vegetables for serving
Combine the Chelsea Golden Syrup, wine, tomato paste, oil, rosemary and garlic in a bowl. Add cutlets and marinate for 20 minutes.
Remove cutlets from the marinade and barbecue over a medium heat until cooked to your liking.
Tip: This marinade is also suitable for beef, chicken or fish, and is excellent for skewered meats.
