Spaghetti and Meatballs

500g Mince
1 medium onion finely diced
sprinkle of italian herbs
pepper
salt
2 T tomato sauce
1 egg
flour to coat meatballs
oil to fry meatballs in
Sauce:
1 can of tomato soup
1/2 Cup Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar
As much spaghetti as desired
Basil leaves to serve
Place the mince into a bowl with the finely chopped onion, herbs, pepper, salt, tomato sauce, and egg... mix together.
Get a teaspoon and scoop a bit of the mince mixture out, rolling it into a ball... roll into the flour and place on a plate. Do this till all meat mixture is in little balls.Place into a frypan on middle heat and brown meatballs all over. Turn temperature down and simmer till cooked through.
Place the Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar and tomato soup in a bowl and stir... when meat is cooked pour over and simmer till heated through.Serve on cooked spaghetti, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves, and enjoy!
