Ingredients

    1 Egg
    1/4 cups Chelsea White Sugar
    1 cups Flour
    1 1/2 cups Water or Milk

Method

    Put the egg and Chelsea White Sugar in a bowl and mix until you can no longer see the sugar, then add the flour and water/milk slowly.
    Heat a frying pan and add around 2 tablespoons of mixture into the middle of the frying pan, wait for the pancake to bubble then turn over.
    Serve with cream and jam or cream and sprinkles on top. Banana can also be added to this recipe and apple if you want a more fruity taste.
