3 Cups Walnut Halves
1 Cup Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar
6 Tablespoons Milk
1 Teaspoon Grated Orange Rind
Pinch of Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 : Put the Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar, milk, rind, cinnamon and salt in a small saucepan and stir over low heat until a candy
thermometer registers 236oF or when a drop tested in cold water sets hard.
2 : Remove from the heat and add the vanilla. Stir in the nuts.
3 : Remove separately and place on a sheet of oiled paper until hard. Can be placed in tiny patty cases.
