2 Fresh Peaches or 4 Canned Peach Halves, drained
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/2 Cup Walnuts, toasted
2 Tablespoons Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Ground nutmeg
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
4 Tablespoons Peach Flavoured Yoghurt
PEACHES:
1 : Using a small sharp knife, slit the skin of the peaches in several places.
2 : Place peaches in a bowl and pour over boiling water, leave for 30 seconds then plunge into cold water. Remove skin.
3 : Halve and stone the peeled peaches. Toss in lemon juice and set aside.
NUTTY COATING:
1 : Place walnuts, Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon in a food processor or blender and process to roughly chop.
2 : Roll each peach half in sugar mixture to coat evenly. Place each peach half rounded side up on a serving plate and serve with yoghurt.
