Sweet Orange and Papaya Smoothie

Ingredients

    3 oranges (you can also use Tangelo – a great substitute)
    425g can of Papaya in Syrup
    8-10 Ice Cubes
    1 Tbsp Chelsea Caster Sugar
    4 Tbsp Plain/Unsweetened Yogurt
    ¼ Cup of Milk

Method

    Remove the skin of the orange and cut into large pieces. Add remaining ingredients into a food processor (remember to shut the lid!) and let the blade do the work.
    Process mixture until it is a slightly thick consistency and chunks of fruit and ice are still visible. Serve in plain tumblers or go for presentation and serve in fancy cocktail glasses.
