Microwave Sponge Dessert

3 Tbsp Self Raising Flour
3 Tbsp Chelsea White Sugar
2 Tbsp Cocoa
1 egg
3 Tbsp Milk
3 Tbsp Oil
Mix all ingredients together. Place equal quantities of mixture into 3 large coffee mugs.
Cook in the microwave for 3 mins on full power for an 800 watt microwave and 70% power for a 1000 watt microwave.
