250 grams chocolate biscuits
4 x 55 grams Turkish Delight Bars, Roughly Chopped (or see recipe below)
90 grams Butter
1/2 395 grams Tin Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Cup coconut
1 1/2 Cups Chelsea Icing Sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa
2 tablespoons boiling water
Crush biscuits. Set aside.
Roughly chop Turkish Delight Bars into cubes by hand. Set aside in a bowl with biscuits and add the coconut also.
Add condensed milk and butter to empty bowl and melt for 1.5 minutes.
Add reserved biscuits, Turkish Delight and coconut into the bowl. Combine.
Press into slice tin. Place in fridge to set slightly.
In a bowl mix Chelsea Icing Sugar, cocoa and water until desired consistency is achieved. Pour over the slice then return it to the fridge to set.
