Cant say I was very impressed it was all apple very little cake. Measurements need to be in ml s

What a disaster please do not bake this apple cake, much too much butter, birds seem to like it,
never baked a cake with just
6 Tbsp Chelsea Sugar
8 Tbsp self raising flour
Idid bake it in a bundt tin??

The instructions should be more detailed...."then add the rest of the ingredients"....when do the eggs go in? before or after the flour?

Great. Better if you don't peel the apples

good

Easiest most delicious cake I've ever made. I actually put them in a texas muffin tin as I couldn't find my cake pan. At the time it looked like all apple and barely any cake mixture but they turned out perfect.

This recipe is so easy and the cake is delicious. I've made it so many times!

Easiest recipe ever and the whole family really enjoyed this dessert with ice-cream and cream.

Easy recipe that I adapted by using stewed apples and it came out great with lots of compliments from the family...

Great tasting pie - yum!!!

Turned out a bit messy and chunky. I haven't tasted it yet - hoping it will be delicious!

Easy, delicious and a great way to use up older apples. Can't complain!!!

The recipe doesn't state what size tin - can you please confirm?
CHELSEA: Sorry for the tin size omission, thanks for letting us know. We have updated the recipe. 20cm round.

This recipe comes out like a light flan, it looks completely different but much nicer than the picture in real life. It ends up being about 50% apple and 50% cake, and is very light. On the second attempt I put 10 tablespoons of flour in and improved the cake.
