Ingredients

    4 cups of self raising flour
    300ml cream
    355ml lemonade
    1/2 tsp salt

Method

    Preheat oven to 220 degrees, line a baking sheet with baking paper.
    Mix the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add the cream and lemonade to the dry ingredients and mix until the dough comes together.
    Place dough on a floured surface and knead. Roll it out, then cut it half lengthways and in four crossways.
    Arrange pieces on baking tray, bake for 15-20 mins.
    Allow to cool before taking off the tray.
    Serve with jam and cream.
