56g of dark chocolate
110g of butter
1 cup Chelsea Caster Sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla
2/3 cup of flour
3 Tbsp of cocoa
1/4 tsp of salt
1 tsp of mint essence
1 cup of choc chips
Preheat oven to 176ºC degrees.
Line a square tin with baking paper.
Melt chocolate and butter together. Set aside to cool.
In a bowl beat Chelsea Caster Sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Pour in melted chocolate mixture then mix.
Sift dry ingredients into the chocolate mixture. Add essence and chocolate chips.
Pour into tin and swirl with a knife. Bake for 35 minutes.
Make sure the brownie is cool before taking out of tin.
I think the recipe was lovely and tasty but I was wondering how to get the green swirl shown on the image.
