Vanilla Icing Sugar
Whip up a delicious vanilla icing using Chelsea's Vanilla Flavoured Icing Mix with real vanilla bean seeds. Simply mix with hot water and spread onto cakes, cupcakes or as a filling between biscuits. Add some softened butter for a richer alternative. Each 375g pack makes enough icing to top 2 x 20cm cakes.
All our icing sugars are gluten free. We use either tapioca or corn starch rather than a wheat based product to ensure our icing sugar is free flowing and doesn't form into hard lumps. To ensure the best result, it is always recommended to sieve your icing sugar.
Tip: this is great for not only making icing but also for dusting or adding a little vanilla sweetness to whipped cream.
