    1 apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
    2 Tbsp orange juice
    1 cup Tararua Butter or creamy roasted almond spread
    ¼ cup Chelsea Organic Agave Syrup
    2 large eggs
    1 Tbsp vanilla extract
    2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
    ½ tsp sea salt


    Preheat oven to 175°C.  Grease a 20 x 20cm baking dish.  In a food processor pulse apple, orange juice and Tararua Butter until well blended.  Pulse in Chelsea Organic Agave Syrup, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.  Pour batter into a baking dish.  Bake for 32 to 35 minutes.  Cool and serve with whipped cream.
