500g desiccated coconut
1 tin sweetened condensed milk
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
Line two baking trays with baking paper.
Mix the coconut and sweetened condensed milk together in a bowl until combined.
Using a tablespoon measure (lightly spray with oil), form balls and drop onto your baking tray.
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes or until just turning golden.
I used ultra-thin disposable gloves to mix the ingredients and to form balls for the baking tray (be sure not to make them too dense). They were just right after 12 minutes; Any longer and they would probably have burnt. In other words, watch them! Thanks for this quick and easy recipe. We'll be eating the coconut balls tonight with ice cream.
