I love baking self-taught and have improved my baking skills. Your recipe is a bonus, I love cream cheese on my cake. My work mates enjoy my cake with cream cheese and always asking me to bake for them. Thanks Chelsea nz for your best Cream Cheese recipe.

First time I've used this recipe. Perfect for my Christmas cake this year, looks and tastes delicious, thank you

I’m not a baker however, I used this frosting for a cake and took the cake to work to share. Everybody said this was the BEST cream cheese frosting they have ever had.

Good, quick, easy and yum.

Absolutely delicious. Yummy... thanks Chelsea..

I love cream cheese icing but this recipe was not great. Icing was too runny and not fluffy at all, and sugar didn’t dissolve easily.

I give it 5 out of 5!

This frosting was very bitter. I added more sugar but I could still taste the bitterness of the cream cheese. I thought icing and frosting was supposed to be sweet! Thanks anyway Chelsea

Loved this, very delicious. Could have eaten it from the bowl before putting on the cake!!

Hi, I have a question.
How much cupcakes can this frosting frost???
CHELSEA: Hi there, this recipe makes enough for 12 cupcakes.
