Steamy Hot Chocolate with Marshmallows

1 cup Milk (about)
2 tsp Cocoa
1 tsp Chelsea Caster Sugar
1 tsp Chelsea Icing Sugar
Cocoa to sprinkle on top
Heat the milk in the microwave for about 3 mins until desired temperature. When it is hot enough stir in the cocoa and both Chelsea sugars. Gently stir until there are no lumps of dry cocoa and the sugar has dissolved. Pour into your favorite mug, sprinkle the top with cocoa and enjoy.
I was a little hesitant to try this as all of the other recipes had real chocolate in them... But it was amazing! Saved me a trip out to buy a hot chocolate. Very easy and flavoursome!
