1 litre cream
250ml Chelsea Honey Maple Flavoured Syrup or Chelsea Maple Flavoured Syrup
100g toasted chopped walnuts
Topping
Additional Chelsea Honey Maple Flavoured Syrup or Chelsea Maple Flavoured Syrup
Extra walnuts or pecans
Prepare 2 loaf tins, lined with a double layer of plastic food wrap, overlapping all sides.
Pour cream into a mixer, whisk until ribbon stage thickness (keeps its form when swirled on top).
Slowly add Chelsea Honey Maple Flavoured Syrup or Chelsea Maple Flavoured Syrup, do not over whip otherwise ice cream will crumble when set.
Fold in walnuts.
Place in freezer to set overnight.
To serve, generously drizzle with additional Chelsea Honey Maple Flavoured Syrup or Chelsea Maple Flavoured Syrup and sprinkle with walnuts or pecans.
