2kg Mulberries
2kg Apples
Chelsea White Sugar
Water
1 : Cut apples into quarters, cover with water, and boil until soft, then strain.
2 : Add a little water to the mulberries, and after boil them until soft, strain and add juice to the apple juice. To each cup of juice allow 1 cup of Chelsea White Sugar.
3 : Boil until jelly sets.
