Ingredients

450g Chelsea Pure Decorating Icing Sugar
2 egg whites
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp glycerin

Method

Put sifted Chelsea Pure Decorating Icing Sugar in a bowl and make a well in the center.
Add lightly beaten egg whites and lemon juice.
Whisk until stiff and glossy for about ten minutes then whisk in glycerin.
