- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
- option to add cinnamon, nutmeg or all spice

- 4 Tablespoons Cream
- 150g Dark Chocolate, extra
- 1 Teaspoon Copha

- Crushed Hazelnuts, for decoration
