Ingredients

    250g Butter, softened
    1½ C Chelsea Icing Sugar

    Optional flavours:
    Vanilla - 2Tbs Vanilla Extract (or Essence)
    Chocolate - 1 C Cocoa (start with ½C and then add to suit your taste)
    Raspberry - 1C Fresh Raspberries

Method

    Place all ingredients, adding your preferred flavour option, in a food processer and mix until smooth.
    Stir through with a fork to check all the Icing Sugar has been mixed through, give one final whizz and voila!

    Can be used for cupcakes or cakes :)
