Ingredients

    125g butter
    120g chocolate chips
    2 eggs
    1 cup Chelsea Caster Sugar
    100g flour
    125g walnuts/or other nut
    Chelsea Icing sugar to dust

Method

    Preheat oven 180 degree C.
    Place baking paper in square tin.
    Melt butter and chocolate in saucepan over a low heat stirring to prevent chocolate sticking. When smooth remove from heat and leave to cool.
    Beat eggs and Chelsea Caster Sugar until think and creamy.
    Stir in chocolate mixture (slowly), flour and nuts.
    Pour into tin and bake for 30 minutes.
    Cool and cut into squares.  
    Dust with Chelsea Icing Sugar.
