Ingredients

    Sweet pastry (Dean's Recipe, see "You may also like...")
    1 cup Chelsea Golden Syrup
    2 tbsp Chelsea Treacle
    1 cup fresh white breadcrumbs
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tsp grated lemon zest
    1 tsp ground ginger
    1 tbsp chopped crystallised ginger
    Chelsea Icing Sugar and whipped cream to serve

Method

    Heat Chelsea Golden Syrup and Chelsea Treacle in a pot. Then add breadcrumbs, lemon juice, lemon zest, ground ginger and crystallised ginger.
    Pour this mixture into tart and decorate tart in a lattice pattern. Cook for 20 mins.
    Serve dusted with sifted Chelsea Icing Sugar and whipped cream.
