Ingredients

    250g butter
    2 heaped tablespoons Chelsea Golden Syrup
    2 cups Chelsea White Sugar
    3 cups rolled oats
    1 cup flour
    2 heaped teaspoons baking powder

Method

    In a large saucepan melt butter with Chelsea Golden Syrup and Chelsea White Sugar. Add rolled oats, flour and baking powder and mix thoroughly.
    Put spoonful lots on two oven trays and cook on fan bake 150 degrees Celcius for 12-15 minutes.
