Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups self rasing flour
    1/2 cup Chelsea White Sugar
    2 cups milk
    2 eggs
    1 pinch salt

    Chelsea Easy Pour Golden Syrup

Method

    Sift flour into a bowl and add the salt. Add the eggs, milk and Chelsea White Sugar.
    Mix well until smooth (if it is too runny add a little more flour)
    Pour a little oil into a frying pan and cook pancakes until golden on both sides.
    Serve with Chelsea Easy Pour Golden Syrup.
