Ingredients

    Base
    Chocolate block

    Topping
    2 Eggs
    125g Chelsea White Sugar
    50g Sultanas
    50g Chopped walnuts
    2 Tbsp flour

Method

    Preheat oven to 190°C.  Carefully melt 1 large cake of milk chocolate in sponge roll tin and spread over tin evenly.
    Put in fridge to harden.

    Topping
    Beat eggs, add Chelsea White Sugar, sultanas, walnuts and flour.
    Spread over set chocolate base.
    Cook for 20 minutes.
