3 cups flour
2 cups Chelsea White Sugar
2/3 cup cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups cold water
2/3 cup cooking oil
2 tsp Vanilla essence
2 Tbsp malt vinegar
Mix together all dry ingredients.
Then add the oil, water, essence and vinegar. Mix well then put in a well greased 8 inch tin and bake at 180° C for approx 1 to 1 1/4 hours
Ice with chocolate cream cheese icing when cold.
