125g butter
1/4 cup Chelsea White Sugar
A few drops of vanilla essence
3 Tbsp condensed milk
1 1/2 cups plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 180°C bake. Line or grease a baking tray.
In a large bowl, cream the butter, Chelsea White Sugar, vanilla essence and condensed milk. Sift dry ingredients into the bowl and mix to combine. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Spoon the mixture in 1 tablespoon sized amounts onto the tray and press down with a fork. Bake for 10-15 mins.
Good recipe but the temperature needs to be higher as it is not cooked after 15 minutes at 110 degrees.
CHELSEA: thank you for your feedback. We have increased the oven temperature in the recipe to 180°C so that the cookies will cook within 10-15 minutes.
This is a really easy recipe! The cookies were delicious and I also used mini M&M's unstead of chocolate chips and this works well too!!! :) 5++++
this recipe's temperature guide is extremely wrong....no where near cooked after this time at that temperature.....
