    1 cup Chelsea Caster Sugar

Method

    Line a baking tray with foil and scatter Chelsea Caster Sugar evenly over it. Don't have a very thick layer, just enough to cover it well. Place in a preheated moderate oven and cook for 10 or so minutes until it has turned golden all over.
    Let the tray cool on a rack. Remove from the foil when cool and break up to serve over desserts or cakes.
