Gooey Caramel Anzac Slice

2 Tablespoons Butter
1 Cup Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Cup Cream
1 : Heat butter and Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar together in a saucepan, till sugar dissolves.
2 : Add vanilla and simmer for 1 min. Add the cream and mix well.
