1/4 cup (95g) Chelsea Easy Pour Golden Syrup
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 Tbsp seeded mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 chicken fillets (approx 680g)
Seasonal vegetables to serve
Preheat oven to 180ºC conventional or 160ºC fan forced. Combine the Chelsea Golden Syrup, oil, mustard and garlic to form a glaze.
Place chicken onto baking paper lined oven tray and brush both sides with glaze.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked. Brush with glaze half way through cooking.
Arrange the glazed chicken onto serving plates and enjoy with seasonal vegetables.
