4 Large Ripe Peaches
2 Tablespoons Chelsea Demerara Sugar
105ml Red Wine
1/2 Stick Cinnamon
Yoghurt to serve
1 : Cover the peaches with boiling water for 10 seconds. Replace the hot water with cold. Peel the peaches and place them in a bowl.
2 : Heat the wine with the Chelsea Demerara Sugar and cinnamon stick until the sugar has dissolved and the wine is very hot.
Remove the cinnamon stick and pour the wine over the peaches.
