Ingredients

    1 cup plain flour
    1/2 cup Chelsea White Sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 tablespoon cocoa powder
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    2 Tbsp melted butter
    1/2 cup milk
    3/4 cup Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar
    1 Tbsp cocoa powder, extra
    2 cups boiling water

Method

    Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
    Mix the flour, sugar, salt, cocoa and baking powder together then add the melted butter and milk, mix well. Pour into a medium sized casserole dish then cover with the brown sugar and extra cocoa.
    Pour boiling water over the mixture, cover with a lid and bake for 45 minutes.
