Method
Pre heat oven to 200C.
Beat egg, oil, Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar and milk together.
Sift flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
Add peaches and walnuts, mix lightly.
Bake at 200C for approx 15 minutes.
