Sugar is present in nearly all our food, from vegetables and fruits to our own baked goodies. But like most things, sugar is best enjoyed in moderation and as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Chelsea understands that sugar can have different effects on different people. Below you’ll find some fact sheets from the Sugar Research Advisory Service (SRAS), which will help you make the best decisions for you and your family.
Since 2003, the SRAS has been offering public information supported by a panel of New Zealand’s leading independent health & nutrition experts. Set up by the New Zealand Sugar Company, the SRAS and its supporting panel are dedicated to advising New Zealand on issues of sugar, health and nutrition.
