- 1 Tablespoon Chelsea Golden Syrup
- 1 breakfast cup boiling water

One of my favourites!! We do add little more golden syrup just to add alittle more sweetness but it's so damn good

Method
Sift flour, salt and baking powder together,then add sugar.
Rub in butter and mix to a soft dough with milk.
Place in a greased basin.
SYRUP: Dissolve sugar and syrup in water. Pour over dough.
Do not cover basin. Steam for 45 minutes.
Place basin in a pot of water and simmer with the pot lid half over the basin.
