Sift sugar and cocoa into a bowl
Pour the milk in a saucepan
Stir in the dry ingredients
Stir till sugar dissolves
Allow to come to boil (about 4-10 minutes)
When at boiling point (100 degrees) allow to boil for strait 4 minutes
Leave to cool and with a wooden spoon beat as fast as you can go until the fudge loses its gloss and pour into a bowl immediately.
You can break the fudge into as many parts as you like but beware!!!! Don't put too much liquid in as this may cause it to not set.
