Doubled the recipe and added choc pieces to it, so yummy. Best microwave brownie I have tasted.

They are super simple and super tasty. Me and my mates loved them would 100 percent make them again. Top tip - they will be quite gooey when they come out, DON NOT KEEP COOKING THEM THEY WILL TURN TO ROCKS

Please give credit where credit is due to Dame Alison Holst as it’s her recipe. Omitted from the ingredients is 1/4 - 1/2 cup of choc bits sprinkled on top before baking.

Method
Mix melted Tararua Butter, eggs, vanilla essence and Chelsea White Sugar together in a bowl with a fork.
Stir in dry ingredients until well combined.
Cook in microwave proof dish on high for 4-6 minutes.
Best served warm with ice cream or cream.

- 2 Tbsp Chelsea White Sugar
- ½ tsp finely grated lemon zest (optional)
