DARK CHOCOLATE LAYER

• 400g can sweetened condensed milk
• 250g Chelsea Dark Cane Sugar (1 ¼ cups)

WHITE CHOCOLATE LAYER

• 400g can sweetened condensed milk
• 250g Chelsea Caster Sugar (1 cup + 2 Tbsp)
• 100g butter, cubed
• 1 Tbsp Chelsea Golden Syrup
• 100g white chocolate, finely chopped
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Topping

• 75g mini pink and white marshmallows (1 heaped cup)

• 250g Chelsea White Sugar
• 100g sliced almonds

• 200g white marshmallows
• 1 Tbsp water
• 400g Chelsea Icing Sugar
• Pineapple flavouring (LorAnn oils)
• Yellow food dye
• 1 packet (250g) milk chocolate melts

• 1 cup dry roasted peanuts

• 2 x 220g pkts good-quality white chocolate, coarsely chopped
• 80ml (⅓ cup) thickened cream
• 20g (¼ cup) desiccated coconut
• 2 tablespoons Malibu coconut liqueur
• 375g pkt white chocolate melts
• Chelsea Icing Sugar, to decorate

• Juice of 1 large lemon

• 2 tbsp of rosewater (optional)

• 1 cup Chelsea White Sugar
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• Knob of butter (size of a walnut)
• ½ teaspoon bicarbonate soda

• 2 cups rice bubbles
• 1 cup chocolate milk bits
• 1 cup Chelsea Icing Sugar
• 1 cup full cream milk powder
• 100g glace pineapple, chopped
• 100g glace red cherries, chopped
• 100g glace green cherries, chopped
• 250g copha, melted
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
