Ambrosia Fruit Salad

Allow 100gms Prepared Fruit Per Portion
Apple, peeled & cored
½ Cup Cream (Whipped to soft peak)
½ Cup Yoghurt (Any Flavour)
1 Pkt Chocolate Chips
1 Pkt Marshmallows
1 Pkt Flakes, reserve 1 for decoration
1 Pkt Pineapple Lumps
1 Pkt M&Ms
Cut all fruit including the strawberries and grapes into pieces. Place in large bowl.
Mix yoghurt & cream in with the fruit, stirring the mixture until all the fruit is coated.
Add Chocolate Chips & Lollies to the fruit & yoghurt mixture, saving a flake for the top.
Once all mixed in, sprinkle flake over the top of mixture, then put in the fridge for 45 minutes to set.
