Ingredients

    Base
    1 cup flour
    1/2 cup Chelsea White Sugar
    3/4 cup coconut
    125g butter
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp cocoa

    Topping
    25g butter
    1/2 tin condensed milk
    1 cup Chelsea Icing Sugar
    1 cup coconut
    2 tsp cocoa
    1/2 tsp vanilla essence

Method

    Base
    Cream butter and sugar, add dry ingredients (can be quite crumbly)
    Press into a tin.
    Bake 180° for 10 mins.

    Topping
    Melt butter and condensed milk.
    Add Chelsea Icing Sugar, coconut, cocoa and vanilla essence.
    Spread over the base while hot.
    Set in fridge.
