1 cup cornmeal (or use instant polenta)
1/4 cup Chelsea White Sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients into a bowl.
Add egg, milk and melted butter.
Mix into a batter and pour into a well greased 23cm square pan.
Bake in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Should be golden and spring back when touched.
Cut into squares and serve hot.
