• These mini pizzas have a quick to make scone dough base.

For the pizza dough

• 2 cups self raising flour
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¾ cup low fat milk

For the topping

• 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
• 1 ½ cups grated tasty cheese
• 4 rashers rindless streaky bacon
• ½ cup crushed pineapple, drained

• For the satays
• 20 bamboo satay skewers

• 600 g pork schnitzels or lean pork steaks
• 1 cup pineapple pieces in juice or syrup (1 x 225g can)
• ¼ cup tomato or steak sauce
• 2 Tbsp malt or white vinegar
• 2 Tbsp Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar
• ½ red pepper, deseeded and sliced
• ½ green pepper, deseeded and sliced
• ½ yellow pepper, deseeded and sliced
• 1 cup canned baby sweet corn
• 1 cup slice button mushrooms
• 1 cup fresh or frozen green beans
• ½ cup bean sprouts

Sauce

• ½ Cup Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar
• As much spaghetti as desired

• 1 Tbsp margarine or oil
• salt and freshly ground black pepper
