Edmonds Baking School

Everyone loves baking, whether you're baking or eating (or both).
At the home of Kiwi baking, Chelsea and Edmonds have come together to bring you the Edmonds Baking School.    We want everyone to enjoy the simple pleasure of baking. 

Initially baking classes will be available to primary, intermediate and secondary schools as part of organised school trips during school terms.    To book your school visit, use the book now button above.

  • Currently Monday-Friday for school groups only
  • School program includes a one hour session with a qualified pastry chef, making chocolate chip cookies
  • Ingredients include:  Butter, Soft Brown Sugar, Caster Sugar, Vanilla Essence, Golden Syrup, Self Raising Flour, Chocolate Chips
  • We can also cater for vegan and gluten-free students with our delicious special chocolate chip recipe (please ensure you notify us if any students require this cookie when booking so we can prepare).  Ingredients include:  Coconut oil, Soft Brown Sugar, Vanilla Essence, Golden Syrup, Desiccated Coconut, Ground Almond, Gluten Free Flour, Gluten Free Baking Powder, Chocolate Chips


  • We plan to offer hands-on baking classes for groups of up to 10 people
  • We also plan to accommodate larger groups of 50-60 people theatre style (take notes only)
