- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder + extra to serve
- pinch of salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar
- 1 Tbsp butter (15g)
- 2 Tbsp milk (30ml)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp chocolate chips (optional)

Loved this! Super tasty and easy to make. Would recommend having it with ice cream. Also mixing it too much gives it a bit of a rubbery texture. But amazing other than that!

Absolutely disgusting, I tried making this, it made so many dishes and turned out so yuck and rubbery, as I did everything right like did the right time and ingredients I did not expect it to turn out so bad. really would not recommend and would not make again.

Method
Sift flour, cocoa powder and salt into a small bowl. Stir in sugar.
Place butter in a small heatproof jug and microwave until just melted. Add milk, egg and vanilla and whisk with a fork until combined.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Spoon into a mug (at least 300ml capacity). Sprinkle with chocolate chips, if using.
Microwave on high for 70-90 seconds, or until cake has risen and the top is just set. Do no overcook.
Dust with extra cocoa powder and serve immediately.

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 2 apples chopped bite size
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
