- 2 cups CHELSEA Caster Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Baking soda

Method
Place the milk in a saucepan and bring to the boil, then remove from heat. Add CHELSEA Caster Sugar, vanilla and baking soda.
Stir until sugar is dissolved.
Return the pan to the heat and cook on a moderate simmer for 1¼ hours, stirring at times, until the mixture is golden.
Serve.
