If you like butterscotch, try this butterscotch biscuit recipe and let us know what you think. Recipe submitted by Jennifer Wilkins from Recipe Club.
Preheat oven to 190ºC bake. Line two oven trays with baking paper.
Cream butter and Chelsea White Sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, then the butterscotch dessert mix.
Fold in the flour, cornflour and sultanas until a stiff dough has formed. Shape into small balls and roll in extra flour to lightly coat. Place on prepared trays and push down with a fork.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden.
