Method
Preheat oven to 200°C
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and place spoonfuls in greased patty tins or on a tray.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Makes 3 large or 10 small.

- ½ tsp finely grated lemon zest (optional)
