  • 250g butter
  • 1 cup Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • 4 eggs lightly beaten
  • ⅔ cup plain flour
  • ⅔ cup self raising flour
  • 4 cups bread crumbs or cobination stale cake and bread crumbs

Method

Place fruit mince, sugar and butter in a saucepan and dissolve Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar, then bring to boil.
Set aside to cool. : Stir in rest of ingredients and put in a 9 cup steamer and boil for 6 hours.
To reheat, cover with plastic food wrap and microwave on medium for 15 minutes or boil for 2 hours.
