These are our go to recipe for peanut Brownies. They never disappoint. I always havto double the recipe tho because 1 batch is just not enough because they are so good. To make them more chocolatey I add a little extra cocoa powder but the recipe is perfect as it is.

My mum asked me to bake these for her, I gave it a crack and now both my parents won't stop asking me to make more! Very easy to follow recipe, delicious treats at the end

Method
Preheat oven to 180°C bake. Grease two oven trays or line with baking paper.
Cream butter and Chelsea White Sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat well.
Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt into creamed mixture. Stir to combine. Add peanuts and mix well.
Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls. Place on greased trays and flatten with a fork. Bake for 15 minutes, or until firm.
Leave to cool on trays for a couple of minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
